By joining OurWorld Chat you agree to these rules. They keep the community friendly and safe.
Be respectful
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying or personal attacks.
- No sexual content, and zero tolerance for anything involving minors.
- No spam, scams, advertising or flooding the chat.
- Do not share other people's private information.
- No illegal content or activity.
Age limit
You must be 18 years or older to use OurWorld Chat. Accounts and guests found to be under 18 may be removed or banned.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Do not pretend to be staff or another member.
- Do not create new accounts or use other devices to avoid a ban.
Moderation
Moderators and the owner may warn, mute, kick or ban people, and remove content, at any time to keep the site safe. To protect the community we record IP addresses and device information, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can report a message with the flag button.
Content you post
You are responsible for what you post. You allow us to display it on the site. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
No guarantees
The site is provided free and "as is". It may be unavailable at times, and messages, pictures or accounts may be removed. We are not responsible for what members say or share, or for links they post.
Changes
We may update these rules. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
